The Stafford Boutique Retirement Community in Lake Oswego and the onsite restaurant Melange are proud to present and anniversary gala event for all ages. Enjoy an elegant four course meal with your sweet valentine as an aerial ballet is performed overhead. This will be the biggest senior event in Lake Oswego this year. Don't miss it!
Pre-Show in Sullivan Theater
- 4:00–7:30 PM Pre-Show in Sullivan Theater with live Marimba music
- 4:00-5:30 Complimentary Wine Tasting provided by Oswego Hills & Pete’s Mountain Wineries
- 5:30-7:30 No-Host Bar with Tim Taylor. Guests are encouraged to continue the festivities in the Sullivan Theater following the first Show!
Four-Course Dinner Includes
First Course Salad
- Local field greens with candied walnuts, celery, grape tomatoes & poppy seed vinaigrette
- House-made roasted red pepper with basil
- Beef Wellington with ruby port wine in a shiitake mushroom sauce, fresh asparagus
- Grilled Pacific Blue Prawns, flown in from Hawaii, with Mango salsa & coconut risotto, fresh asparagus
- Red velvet cake with cherry whip cream, served with a complimentary glass of Sparkling Wine
Aerial Ballet Features: A-WOL Aerial Performers
A-WOL was created in 2003 as a “Collective.” The four co-founders’ intention was to form a group that could operate efficiently by using the different strengths and skills of all company members, both on and off stage.
Avoiding the cookie cutter feel, A-WOL consists of strong dancers each with a unique style or specialty, which gives the company’s repertory an ever-evolving texture. Off stage, each member has a specific responsibility, from costuming to rigging equipment to being an educator in the community. [learn more]
