Infinity Rehab Awarded Three-Year CARF Accreditation
Lake Oswego, OR – September 20, 2011 – CARF International announced that Infinity Rehab, in partnership with The Stafford, has been accredited for a period of three years for its Outpatient Therapy services. This is the first accreditation for exemplary rehab care services that the international accrediting body has awarded to Infinity Rehab and only the second Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Program accredited by CARF in the state of Oregon.
This prestigious endorsement represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an outpatient therapy program and shows the substantial conformance to the CARF standards by Infinity Rehab. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.
“Receiving accreditation from CARF is both humbling and a great joy,” says Laura Cantrell, Director of Outpatient Services for Infinity Rehab. “We have spent the past year building this outpatient therapy program to meet and exceed the needs of the residents at The Stafford and the surrounding community.”
Infinity Rehab provides a range of therapy services including Speech-Language Pathology and Physical and Occupational Therapy. The Stafford is a Independent Living and Assisted Living Facility located at 1200 Overlook Drive in Lake Oswego.
